Recent Life Harmony Case Studies

Case study 1.

A person running their own small business with around ten staff wants the business to grow and make a profit. He also has relationship problems at home with his partner/spouse and teenage children. Life Coaching helped him to define what he wanted and helped and supported him to actions to achieve changes.

Case study 2 (Health and fitness)

A middle aged man recently divorced, approached Life Harmony to review his life balance and motivate him to move forward and explore new challenges and to make positive changes in his life. During the next few months of Life Coaching he identified key areas for action, for example to lose weight, take more exercise, generally improve his self image and in the longer term to consider a change of career. In a few months the commitment he had given to getting fit and moving on was reflected in an active and enjoyable social life. "Life Coaching supported me to identify my needs and to achieve my aims. Jane is a neutral unbiased and non judgmental person who I can rely on to remind me of my goals and motivate me to achieve them"

Case study 3.

A lady in her fifties married and with grown up children, thought her life was in a settled and happy rhythm. Then her husband left her without warning and she was shattered.
Apart from the distress, she also felt very vulnerable and inadequate, unable to deal with the practicalities of life. "When we got married he said he would always take care of me and insisted on dealing with the day today things in our life".
"During Life Coaching sessions with Jane I rediscovered the independent person I was before I got married. Now I am happy and ready to face the future with greater confidence".
