Married with two grown-up children, I am a graduate in Psychology from London University and a member of the International Coach Federation. Over the years I have developed a deep interest in the interaction between the mind & the body and the influence of these on people's life experiences and balance. I completed my Life Coaching training at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). The training is recognised and approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). However, training is only one aspect of any coach's qualifications. The skills I bring to coaching have developed during years of working in people centered occupations. I am a State Registered Nurse and for several years worked in hospital wards and operating theatres as a Staff Nurse and Sister before training as a Health Visitor. Health Visiting involves pro-active promotion of people's health and well-being. The health care experience differentiates my coaching approach from others and is valued by my clients. Between times I have worked in industry for a leading health care company carrying out clinical trials on newly developed products so I have some experience of the pressures in corporate life and how this can impact on life balance. I am also a qualified Family Mediator,
a member of the Family Mediators Association and the UK College of Family
Mediators. For more information please visit The combination of my background in people centred professions, my coaching and mediation skills and my professional and life experience help me to provide a high standard of Personal Life and Family Coaching. My services are available for clients in a wide area of Berkshire, South Bucks, parts of Surrey and in other areas of the South East by special arrangement.
